My primary training style is Transactional Analysis whilst my broader training and approach is working in a relational and integrative manner in the humanistic field of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Experience:
Before starting my private practice in 2018, I gained over seven years of clinical experience working therapeutically with clients for the NHS. Here I provided solution-focused brief therapy, short-term counselling and longer-term depth psychotherapy, according to the needs and wishes of the client. I have also provided contract counselling services to a leading national mental health charity and have worked as an associate of a Clinical Psychology organisation.
